Affordable Housing
The housing crisis affects everyone in our community. Orange County should be affordable for working families, seniors, and young people starting their careers.
My Plan:
- Advocate for inclusionary zoning policies requiring affordable units in new developments
- Champion tenant protection measures to prevent unjust evictions
- Push for streamlined permits for affordable housing projects
- Support partnerships with non-profit developers
- Implement regulations on corporate ownership of rental properties
Public Transportation & Infrastructure
Reliable transportation is essential for economic opportunity. No one should lose job opportunities or spend hours commuting simply because they can’t afford a car.
My Plan:
- Expand bus service to underserved areas
- Advocate for reduced-fare programs for low-income residents, students and seniors
- Improve connections to major employment centers
- Support the installation of covered bus shelters
- Work toward better regional transit coordination
- Promote transit-oriented development
Economic Development & Job Training
We must ensure that economic growth benefits all residents and creates pathways to good-paying jobs.

Environmental Protection
